Queen Mother of Cebu 2023 is over and we have now crowned our first Queen Mother, Mrs. Myth Anisca T. Maguate.
As announced during our Press Presentation held at Cafe Maria last May 13, 2023, she will represent the Philippines during the Mrs. United Nations 2023 pageant to be held at New Delhi, India. With Ms. Lot’s guidance, the Queen Mother of Cebu Organization is ecstatic about this wonderful journey. Mrs. Marilou ‘Lot’ Tolico Villanueva is Mrs. Universe Queen of Honor, Mrs. Universe Philippines 2013 and 2017, Mrs. World Philippines 2017, and the Founder of Philippine Honorable Queens and Mrs. Universe Philippines Finest Woman. She is the most-suited to guide the Queen Mother of Cebu 2023 grand winner in this challenging but amazing journey.
However, we are deeply sad to announce that Mrs. Maguate will not pursue with this endeavour. Charity work is our main focus, so the Organization finds it best to reroute the funds and resources to this noble cause.
‘When one door closes, another one opens’ – this famous saying holds true to a lot of people and we are hopeful that in the future, we can represent our country, The Philippines, in the international stage.
